I think there is a difference between, 'possible risk' which we face every day because we have to, and no one is actually out to purposely kill us, and 'potential hostile danger', which is avoidable ...

Ironically it will probably be safer to travel to Egypt over the next few months than it has been for a while. We were there a couple of weeks after the 1997 attack and security was very tight.
