I just stumbled across this Roman era two-headed carving of Osiris-Apis. This is in the Vatican museum. The arrangement of the heads is reminiscent of images of Janus.

Given the southerly location of this image, and the late date, is is possible the lion headed Min might be influenced by Nubian representations of Apademek?
