I found a book that has Ma'ahes (gr Mihos, Miysis, Mysis) epithets & roles the problem is its in German and I would try to translate it myself but I don't know where to begin.

You might ask Tamara Siuda to translate, if you're still in her House. Otherwise, I really don't know what to tell you, but this online translation service isn't as bad as some of the others, so you might like to try this one.

As he assists Re in his nightly fights against Apophis, I'd take it this means he does a "search and destroy" for Re on both shores of the "Nightly Nile", the river Re travels over during his trip. Unless Miysis has a day job too (which I haven't heard of yet): then "both shores" could mean both the shore of the Nightly River and that the Daily River. But I'd go for the first interp.
