I know that Isfet is the adversary of Maat, and the embodiment of or a reference to the forces of chaos, disorder, and not-doing-things-the-way-they've-always-been-done, which was something the Ancient Egyptians valued a lot. However, I don't know of any texts that mention her, or any iconography.
So, up for discussion:
Is Isfet ever actually described as a goddess? I've always thought she was more of an abstract concept. Are there any spells against her? Is she at all associated with Apep, and if so, how?
Is she ever actually depicted? I don't think she is, but then again, Apep is occasionally as a snake.
Where does she get mentioned?

From Faulkner : Isfet (p.30) & maat (p.101-2) In Pyr.265c. both words are in the same sentence : http://www.sacred-texts.com/egy/pyt/pyt10.htm
he, N., had set truth therein in the place of error.
W. mis la vérité là, à la place de l'erreur.
he establecido la Justicia en lugar de la Injusticia.
As you say both words are abstract concepts.
