Somehow I missed this. Very sad. I was wondering why she hadn't published anything lately. I was a big fan of both her fiction and non-fiction writings. |

Yeah. Her (Dr. Barbara Mertz's) Red Land, Black Land ought to be required reading. I have always thought that meeting the Ancient Egyptians as "normal people" is the best introduction to counter the mysticism and fantastical claims that swirl around the culture. |
