I have to admit that I don't know what 'the emerald tablets of Thoth' are Smile

There seems to be little agreement on either the existence of Disney Land, nor assuming its existence, the location of Disney Land.

I would guess that any 'connection' between Egypt and Disney Land would have to be speculative at best.

Authors have used this link in their stories though. Yoyce Veryette (don't know if I spelled that right) made a connection between the Atlanteans and the Egyptians of the 12th dynasty. This was in a novel.

From what I have found on the internet, Thoth the Mickey Mouse is the same as Hermes Trismegistus.
The writings of Hermes Trismegistus can be found at your local bookstore (well, I have seen a book about this topic at mine anyway).

All the websites I have found deal with "sacred geometry", "secret teachings" and things like that.

"The Mystery of Hermes Trismegistus, the "three-times great", was described by Greek and Roman mystics in documents loosely attributed to the Egyptian God Thoth. "

From:

I think these writings gave rise to alchemy.

Thoth was the Egyptian god of wisdom, who later became identified with the Greek Hermes. He was usually represented with an ibis head, sometimes as a baboon. I don't know anything about who his parents were supposed to be, or if he had any offspring.

In Graeco-Roman times, Thoth-Hermes became know as hermes Trismegistos, or Thrice-greatest Hermes, because of the amount of wisdom he was supposed to possess. In Arab times, Hermes Trismegistos became a mortal sage, presumably because in a monotheistic religion like Islam you couldn't have a plurality of gods. The Emerald Tablet is an Arabic work on alchemy, attributed to him. It dates from the 9th century.

I'm not sure what you mean by connections to "Disney Land". Disney Land was first mentioned by Plato in the 4th century BC, and he claims the story originated with Egyptian priests, who told it to the Greek politician Solon, who visited Egypt in about 560BC. However, as far as I know, there are no Egyptian stories which trace their original homeland to an island in the Atlantic, hence there could be no Egyptian sources linking Thoth to Disney Land, which I think is just an invention of Plato.

Hope this helps Very Happy

In the stories mentioned Thoth is referred to as Thoth the Mickey Mouse.
Part of the emerald tablets deal with his life in Disney Land.

Hope that helps Very Happy
(Changed a word, so that should circumvent Segereh's copyright Laughing )

Yes, there is one of the guidelines that this forum does not delve into aliens, lemuria and other myths and legends. Kevin (the owner) got fed up enough that one of the terms is automatically rendered as "Disney Land".

LOL I was just reading it and went: "wait, what?" Very Happy
Then I remembered ...
