Maybe physical activity can help, like running 8 miles. Our bodies are designed for hunting, they are made to be in motion and chasing stuff. Also new research shows that spending too much time in front of a screen, cell phones, tablets, or computers, lowers the secretion of natural melatonin which aids sleep.
