Post your book collection here, if you feel like sharing. Feel free to use pictures, lists, or a combination of both. Do it whichever way you want. All collections are worthy no matter how large or small!

Part 2

Amarna There's more than this, but I've cut out a lot of stuff that's too ephemeral, wrong or downright bizarre. And I've probably missed some books that should be included, just as I have in part 1 and will have to shoehorn in later.

Amenhotep III - Perspectives on His Reign -- Edited by David O'Connor and Eric H. Cline
Amenhotep III - Egypt's Radiant Pharaoh -- Arielle P. Kozloff
Akhenaten and the Religion of Light -- Erik Hornung
Akhenaten, A Historian's View -- Ronald T. Ridley
Akhenaten, Egypt's False Prophet -- Nicholas Reeves
My Quest For Nefertiti -- Marianne Luban
The Search For Nefertiti -- Joann Fletcher
Akhenaten, History, Fantasy and Ancient Egypt -- Dominic Montserrat

Howard Carter And the Discovery of the Tomb of Tutankhamun -- H V F Winstone
The Unknown Tutankhamun -- Marianne Eaton-Krauss
The Shrines of Tut-Ankh-Amon -- Alexandre Piankoff
The Tomb of Yuya & Thuya (KV46) & The Amarna Cache (KV55) -- Dennis C. Forbes. The book about KV35 and TT320 is in the "Tombs" list as Amarna is the minority element, even if of huge importance.
Bones in a Basket -- Dennis C. Forbes
The Tombs of Harmhabi and Toutankhamanou -- Theodore M. Davis
The Boundary Stelae of Akhenaten -- William J, Murnane & Charles C Van Siclen III
Nefertiti's Face, The Creation of an Icon -- Joyce Tyldesley
Pharaohs of the Sun, Akhenaten - Nefertiti - Tutankhamen -- Edited by Rita E. Freed, Yvonne J. Markowitz and Sue H. D'Auria
The Age of Akhenaten -- Elenore Bille-De Mot
In The Light Of Amarna - 100 Years of the Nefertiti discovery -- Edited by Friederike Seyfried
Amarna Sunset -- Aidan Dodson
Amarna Sunrise -- Aidan Dodson
Nefertiti -- Aidan Dodson
Tutankhamen, Life and Death of a Pharaoh -- Christiane Desroches-Noblecourt
The City of Akhenaten and Nefertiti, Amarna and it's People -- Barry Kemp
Tutankhamun's Armies -- John Coleman Darnell and Colleen Manassa
Akhenaten - Tutankhamun, Revolution & Restoration -- David P. Silverman, Josef W. Wegner and Jennifer Houser Wegner
Tutankhamen's Curse -- Joyce Tyldesley
Akhenaten, King of Egypt -- Cyril Aldred
Akhenaten, The Heretic King -- Donald B. Redford
Who was the Father of Tutankhamun? -- M. Traugott Huber
Smenkhkare, 5th Edition -- Michael E. Habicht
The Complete Tutankhamun -- Nicholas Reeves
The Boy Behind the Mask, Meeting the real Tutankhamun -- Charlotte Booth
Amarna, City of Akhenaten and Nefertiti - Julia Samson
Discovering Tutankhamun, From Howard Carter to DNA -- Zahi Hawass
Tutankhamun - The Eternal Splendor of the Boy Pharaoh -- T. G. H. James, with photos by Araldo De Luca
King Tutankhamun - The Treasures of the Tomb -- Zahi Hawass & Sandro Vannini
King Tut - The Journey Through The Underworld -- Zahi Hawass & Sandro Vannini
Photographing Tutankhamun - Archeology, Ancient Egypt, And The Archive -- Christina Riggs. Essentially about Harry Burton's work in KV62
The Face of Tutankhamun - Christopher Frayling
Tutankhaten - Amenism, Atenism and Egyptian Monotheism -- E.A. Wallis Budge. Too dated to be more than a curiosity
The Murder of Tutankhamen -- Bob Brier. "After 3000 years the mystery surrounding the murder of Tutankhamen is finally resolved" says the blurb. Science is so cruel, but a good call on Pentawere, so science is also very good.

And on the science. The latest paper on the DNA is in volume 1 of Guardian of Ancient Egypt which is in the last list in part one.

The Mind of Egypt - History and Meaning in the Time of the Pharaohs -- Jan Assmann

The Secret Lore of Egypt, it's impact on the West -- Erik Hornung. Sounds like woo, but actually shows now the crazies get their crazy ideas about Egypt.
Omm Sety's Abydos -- Dorothy Louise Eady. Not a crazy, but certainly some odd and inexplicable stuff going on.
The Children of Ra -- Arthur Kemp. Hugely controversial author, but the latest science backs him up.
Not out of Africa -- Mary Lefkowitz. Again controversial, read this before it gets banned and burned.
Daily Life in Ancient Egypt - A Most Merry and Illustrated History -- Chip Cooper
Ancient Egypt Investigated - 101 Important Questions and Intruiging Answers -- Thomas Scheider
The "G"ape of Tutankhamun -- John & Elizabeth Romer. Change the "G" to an "R" as the forum autocensors certain words. Actually about the bad condition of tombs and other monuments in Egypt at the time of publication in 1993. The situation has greatly improved of course.
The Eternal Light of Egypt - A Photographic Journey -- Sarite Sanders. Atmospheric monochrome photos of various monuments.
Imagining Egypt - A Living Portrait of the Time of the Pharaohs - Mark Millmore. Perhaps aimed at a younger audience, but good for his artwork and 3D reconstructions of temples.
The Pharaohs Master-Builders -- Henri Stierlin. Photogrpahic essay on the monuments
Egypt - Splendours of an Ancient Civilization -- Alberto Siliotti. Large size photo essay
Egypt Lost and Found - Explorers and Travellers on the Nile -- Alberto Siliotti. Large size with many good reproductions of 19th Century illustrations, maps and plans.

Ancient Egypt Magazine -- Last on the list but certainly not the least, as all 126 issues to date are a huge and usefull resource.

Others

I work on the principle that you cannot condemn that about which you know nothing, therefore I have a small collection of books out of the mainstream. I won't condemn them all as just woo, as I don't think that about Robert Bauval, Robert Temple and R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz, and see them more as having taken a wrong path, and in the case of de Lubicz, made a number of gross errors and misinterpretations. Perhaps I'm being kind, if not arrogant, and others may see them in a different light, perhaps better, perhaps worse.

The Orion Mystery -- Robert Bauval & Adrian Gilbert
Secret Chamber -- Robert Bauval. And no, Mr Hancock, it is not "Spellbinding"
The Vatican Heresy -- Robert Bauval & Chiara Hohenzollern. This I thought was genuinely interesting as it combines two areas of interest to me, Ancient Egypt and Renaissance Italy/Papal history.
The Hermetica -- Timothy Freke & Peter Gandy
Egyptian Dawn -- Robert Temple
The Sphinx Mystery -- Robert Temple with Olivia Temple. Unlike Egyptian Dawn, a total waste of my time to read as they are just plain wrong.

While the books in my main lists are in the building on various floors, the books above are outside on the pavement, some dipping a toe into the gutter. This last book is not so much in the gutter, as the sewer.

The Giza Power Plant -- Christopher Dunn, who clearly thinks we are dumb, well I was for buying this utterly worthless trash that, like all the "deep woo" trash, insults not just the readers, but Ancient Egypt. May Sekhmet smite their bodies and Ammit devour their souls.
