Two more. I'm not really happy with them, but hey I thought I would show them anyways Very Happy

And one of the double statue: Maya and Meryt

For some strange reason the second one won't show up? Confused

Is it me or are these funerary statues showing people rather unadorned? I "dressed up" Meryt a bit in the painting, because she doesn't wear any jewelry in her statue. Kinda unexpected given that she was the wife of the treasurer???

Well, you shouldn't be happy with them, they're horrible! Laughing I'm so kidding! I like them, they're pretty. Anneke, you could paint nothing but a dot and it would still look good. Razz Laughing

Seriously, you're really good at showing depth, something that is quite difficult to do. Smile

I like your eyes. Very intense. I hope you don't mind, but I thought I'd play with them (how many guys have ever asked to play with your eyes?):

Very Happy

Oh my goodness, that is so cool! How the heck did you make it look all textured?

LOL you'd be the first, actually they usually ask to play with other things. Laughing

Yesterday I played around with my pics too but I only use Paint, and this is what I came up with:

Hehe, it's fun to play around with things. Razz

Those are great! Isn't it just fun to goof around with pictures? I used Photoshop CS to add texture filters to your photo (I have the same software at home that I do at work). It's one of my favorite things to do as a designer. During one of my first weeks on the job where I am now, this lady submitted a job where she wanted to put a photo of her chubby little baby on the front of a folding card for her Christmas card that year. She was very happy with the job, but I thought her baby was kind of funny looking, so I digitally copied one of its eyes like I did with your photo and put the "third eye" in the middle of its forehead. I had it on my desk for ages. My boss got a chuckle out of it but finally told me to put it away in case that lady ever came back. I've never seen her since, though.

I love the kitty in the sink. I'm a softy for kitties. Whenever I see one, I go "Awwwwwwww." I grew up with cats but don't recall any of them ever having an affinity for napping in sinks. I did have one cat named Pickles who liked to chew on my dad's Rolaids. Dad never cared for that very much. Confused

Thanks, yeah it's great fun, I want to do something like put my head on someone else's body, that would be funny. Ahhh, I could put me standing beside the pyramids or something, that would be so neat.

LOL .......Oh, so you think I'm funny looking too? Thanks, man. Laughing

lol yeah she's quite the odd cat, she sleeps in weird places, she loves plastic bags, the sink, on top of the fridge, on top of the newspaper (only if you're reading it, of course Mad ) and on top of freshly folded laundry....I kinda like freshly folded laundry too, ahhhh so warm. Embarassed Laughing

Well, how about something like this:

Do I have too much time on my hands? I know, it's because I don't have any cats, or I'd be brushing them off my keyboard all the time and getting nothing done. Very Happy

Thanks, glad you liked it. I had to use a pyramid because I couldn't find any pictures of sand spiders that were big enough for your face.

Kidding! Laughing
