Thanks Toth, I have no better pictures, those were taken with a very simple old kodak, without a lens or zoom

Sadly enough I donít have any of my miniatures anymore, a lot of moving around, two cats and a dog. They were build from a special kind of foam, cardboard and paper. And havenít withstood time. Iíve just those pictures

Not only a new temple but a complete complex including, smaller temples and chapels, a palace, schools, clinic, quarters for the servants, and all needed to make sure the complex could be self sustaining for a while. I believe youíve seen the plans already. But Iím not sure if the implantations of gardens and agricultural, botanical fields are correct. The complex should be surrounded by a wall of about 13 m high and Iíve no idea whether the fields would have enough sunlight to actually grow crops and vines. Still trying to figure that one out.

For those who are wondering now what this is about, here is a link to my drawings of the complex.

A more detailed drawing can be seen here

The naming of the buildings and different rooms are in Dutch, sorry guys, canít begin renaming them all in English

You give me too much credit Toth. Now the plans are finished (after about 20 years) I still have to draw them 2D and 3D, the only thing I have now is a ground plan. That is something for in the winter.

Do I really? I have seen your work, and if you have put some more sand around these miniatures, I think you could have fooled anyone and made them think that they were real and life-size, and now you're working on an even bigger project: A complete complex; I have seen how you will please the gods with your drawings. A project for which you where drawing the plans for 20 years now. And then you say I give you too much credit Idea Idea Idea I don't think so, but let the others here decide...

Thank you Nefertarimut. Here some pics of another, later, project. The temple is (was) the basis of the complex I'm working on now.

Below is a character from a short story I'm writing. He's an exiled warrior who fights dinosaurs in his quest to redeem himself from the crime he committed:

Hello BrandonP,

So - without counting those who publish about Egyptology from these forums - we have two known fiction authors amongst us: You and dkessler, do you know Dave, or his work?

A lot of them were combinations of African placenames. For instance, Wasata is a combination of Waset (the Egyptian city also known as Thebes) and Napata (the Nubian city).
