Hmm, I have been thinking on this topic for a while, and I know I must sound crazy, but we all sort of are like this little town or something. Hmm, what would everyone be in our little town? I know what I think some other people would be, but I don't want to say it because someone might not want to be that little townie, they might want to be another kind of townie. Do I sound crazy yet?

We need to find something for imanobody, too. How about Concubine of Ay? (I really hope he doesn't read this!)

Diorite is very knowledgeable with geology so sculptor or stonecutter is good for her, or perhaps overseer of stonecutters.

We have lots of priests and priestesses, so I think we need to appoint one of them as overseer of the priests.

Chantress is good, Queencleopatra, but a chantress for which deity or temple?

And what about a job for maahes? We could make him...

No, I'd best not go there.

Funny you mention village drunk, because I was recently reading one of many ancient egypt books (EGYPT People-Gods-Pharaohs by Rose-Marie& Rainer Hagen) and the book talks of a thug (yes correct a thug) named Paneb...interesting.



I'd like to be a dancer or singer not sure as to what kind of stuff I'd be dancing too though? maybe I could bring a few CD's with me incase I don't enjoy the ancient egyptians style of music.

okay, daniella is now kmt_sesh's wife .

"You know that daniella told you to cut down." The bartender said with care.
"Look you lowly son of a poop nut, I owne you, I keep you in business, so shut your trap door...hey wouldn't it be aws-us-usome if you had a trap door in here." Sesh said in a drunken slur.
"I'll get you! You have ruined all of my temples and now you will pay! Guards! Fetch me that man!" Kevin was very angry at Smenkare for destroying all of the things Kevin had worked so hard to achive. Smenkare would pay.

Anyhoo, in another part of town, the women were having lunch. Nofret, Queencleopatra, Smartie, Rozzette and Isisinacrisis were chatting as all old friends do, when Daniella came running over.
"I'm glad I didn't miss you guys, but I had a couple of things to do."
"Like what things?" Isisinacrisis asked.
"Just...things."
"Oh, did you hear? Smenkare is in jail!" Smartie said in a whisper.
"No really? For what?" Queencleopatra asked.
"Well, he finally got finished building the king's pyramid, and right when Kevin was saying how beautiful it was, it collapsed." Smartie knew everything about everyone, it was one of her trademarks. She was also one of the top selling songstress' in Egypt.
"Oh, man! And I just got out of court too! Now I'm going to have to go again? This sucks." Nofret was the vizier, and had to be at every royal court hearing.
"Hey, did you happen to see Sesh this morning? He slipped out without me even noticing." Daniella was very worried about her husband, after all, he was the village drunk.
"No, sorry." Isis said.
"Hey girls, do you think I should change my profession? I was thinking of becoming a midwife, you know, like my mother was." Queencleopatra said. All of the females in her family had been chantress' but she thought she might try somehting new.
"Well, I am pregnant, maybe you could help me with the birth of my baby, and see how it goes." Daniella said.
"What? You're preganant? Are you sure?" They all asked. This was new news. Not even Smartie knew about this!
"Yeah, it has been three months now. I mean, it would save me a lot of money since mine seems to be disappearing a lot."
"Oh, thank you Dan. I really appreaciate it." Cleo and Daniella hugged.
"No problem, it would be my pleasure."

Ok here we go! P.S. that was hysterical!!

Anneke headed to the courthouse to the trial of Smenkare. When she got there she saw Smenkare standing outside with his tools.
“Yes, yes, this pillar does need fixing. I better do it before pharaoh gets here.” He told the guards.
Smartie was passing by on her was to the bazaar for some pomegranate’s for her famous stew. When she too saw Smenkare taking out his tools.
“NO!!!” she screamed to him but it was too late. The clumsy architect had only touched the pillar when in started to crumble and fall to the ground.
Trumpets sounded as Kevin arrived for the hearing. Only to find his courthouse in rubble on the ground, and a guilty Smenkare standing near its remains with tools in hand.
Then as the pharaoh was about to have Smenkare killed right there, kmt_shesh walked by drunk as a baboon.
“Ah another lovely building Smenkare good job!”
“ Who is that drunken son of Bes?” Pharaoh Kevin asked.
“ That is kmt_shesh the fill in scribe. He usually only works Tuesdays that’s why you don’t see him often.” Kevin stared in bewilderment as shesh admired the heap of rubble.
“ And I should add that he’s the village drunk” said Sesen.
“ Oh I see now,” said Kevin.
“ Your Majesty,” bowed Anneke.
“Ah Anneke you are hear now we may start the trial for this…..klutz!!!” Said Kevin.
“Well actually sorry I can’t I have to attend the village idiot convention. It’s this afternoon. Sorry Bye!” Anneke waved as she skipped off towards the swamp where the convention was.”
