LOL still drooling over the thought of having Orli in a movie based on Egypt. I love the idea of the events during Thutmose III and Hatshepsut, far better than Cleopatra. Or there's the attempt to murder Ramses III.
I loved Arnold Vosloo as Imhotep (The Mummy's), for a older actor, he's pretty droolable! _________________ Priestess of Hathor, Superior of the Harem of Min, dedicated to Maat, beloved of Seshat and Nekhbet.

Great to see another Orli fan here
I don't know about Ramses III or Hatshpesut much but there are so many dramatic true stories in Ancient Egypt-I think they'd make great movies! (but how historically accurate will they make them? Hmmmm...) |

|
|
I was wondering are there any egyptain movies coming out? Or any egyptain movies already out that i haven't heard about??
Like i think the last one out was Scorpion King, is it good, cause i'm a girl and i heard it was totally a guy movie aka like a lot of hot girls in it, or so my bro says.
I need some answers please! _________________ Superm

What's the diff dark hair or not they'd just have to shave his head.
I gotta a idea for a movie. How about 'The Pharoh's Diaries' And Julie Andrews could play some old queen ( not a Victor/Victoria reference, even though it fits ....Yes we're doing the Nefertiti into Smenkare story ) Who trains her sucessor to take over and is promptly poisoned by Tut, played by Anne Hathaway playing the boy king who was really a girl)......Who inturn is killed by Ankesenamun (Mandy Moore) when she wants to run away with Aye (Hector Elizandro)
Do you all think Disney would produce this??? |

Not all egyptians shaved their heads, i don't think. The priests did, as did rich people, who mostly wore wigs...
The Pharoah's diaries-lol... Hopefully they won't make movies that are that inaccurate!!! |

Stargate is not really based so much on Ancient Egypt, as that they seem to have borrowed characters from Egyptian Mythology. Having said that, it is my favorite Sci-Fi series ever.... |
I must say I liked the movie more than the series, although it IS a good series! |

I like both, but have a preference for the series. I like the team, and the way the characters play off each other. I also like Richard Dean Anderson a bit more as Colonel O'Neal, than Kurt Russell. But that's just a personal preference

Who started drooling a pool in here? To say I was worried I'd get into a forum where everyone was quite old, ugly and boring... U guys changed my mind already, but now I just hope you guys are REALLY not old, pretty ugly and boring, cause if u're still drooling over Orlando Bloom then, that WOULD be quite sick.

Coming up next:
Rumble in the jungle...
Kiwi's against the Flemish...
At stake:
Who's the rightful owner of the quote 'Over smaak valt niet te twisten'?
Will the Dutch ultimately join the fight?
Will there be mudwrestling?
...
