A relatively modern and readily available source for some ancient egyptian texts in translation is

Lichtheim, Miriam
- Ancient Egyptian Literature, Vol. I: The Old and Middle Kingdoms
- Ancient Egyptian Literature, Vol. II: The New Kingdom
- Ancient Egyptian Literature, Vol. III: The Late Period
University of California Press, Berkley, 1975-80.

Two less well known volumes providing key texts in transliteration and translation:

Davies, Benedict, G. Egyptian Historical Records of the 19th Dynasty, Paul Åströms, Jonsered, 1997.
Peden, A.J. Egyptian Historical Records of the 20th Dynasty, Paul Åströms, Jonsered, 1994.
