I've never heard of this book in a tomb OR museum, to be honest! But I have heard it contained very powerful spells and wisdom, since the god Thoth himself wrote it. But I haven't heard much more about it than that... I'd be very interested to know more about it, too.

You are referring to a story from the Setne Khaewaset cycle of stories known as "Setne and Naneferkaptah."

Here's a translation of the story, which takes up when Setne Khamwaset takes the book from Naneferkaptah in his tomb, and how Setne meets the woman Tabubu, who causes him great grief.

In print, you can find this story in

Lichtheim, M. 1980. Ancient Egyptian Literature: The Late Period. (Vol. III). Berkeley: University of California.

To date, there is no known place of a "Book of Thoth", although the motif of a "secret book of Thoth" appears in Egyptian literature from the Middle Kingdom onwards.
