Hi, I'm new here. I'm one of egypt mythology and culture big fans. I'm very interested in the mediteranian culture and myth. Ohh, I love 'em so much. Then, I found this site and join it. I hope I will find a lot of good stuff here.

Hi there and welcome to the board. Smile

I'm sure you'll find a lot about Egyptian mythology in here, but sometimes it could be hard finding your way around - a lot of threads, a lot of euhm... drifting off from the subject as well. But don't be shy to ask questions or start a thread about something u're interested in, you'll always get a reply, I'm sure. Wink

Tropical Archipelago... Sounds sunny. Smile

Kev added a nice difference to anneke's message by the way.
Only to be seen by the expert eye he altered the Very Happy into Smile .
Probably due to wanting to look rather cool than over-excited.
So if he really is a copycat, at least he's an original one. Cool
Just wanted to bring this totally not relevant fact to your attention.

Segereh, thankyou for noticing mine wasn't exactly the same - hence not a copy Wink

Also, notice that I use that for every welcome to a new member. I personally think Anneke is copying my welcome's because she's figured out it is a nice warm welcome without having to over do it and waste keyboard time. Twisted Evil

Have you noticed too that every time we do this on a new member's hello thread they almost always disappear and never come back. Is it something we say?

Very Happy I was wondering how much of a response I would get to teasing Kevin.
Now I know. Surpassed my wildest expectations Twisted Evil

Did notice the mild variation: Very Happy vs Smile lol

J-Fire_Man: we really are just teasing, and we're always nice to new members.

So I'm actually the only idiot left to over do it and waste keyboard time?
Hm... yeah... kinda had to have figured that one out already. Confused

We? Shocked
Never...

I blame the bird from the Egyptian Dreams logo.
That Ibis (third from the left) just looks way too agressive.
Frightens of the newcomers.

No really, just look at it.
Ferocious, sharp beak...
Mean little beady eyes...
Claws like razors...

A very hostile logo... Shocked
Or else I just smoke too much.
(Feel free to edit) Anxious
