What you have is a tourist souvenir, so the glyphs are unintelligible overall. Some attempt has been made to create the term, "Amun" (a common enough term for souvenir sellers) on the top row, but the other glyphs don't form a coherent statement, which a real antiquity would.
This type is a usual form of tourist souvenirs you can find in any suq or hawked by any seller at ancient monuments in Egypt. They are modern, poorly done, and should never considered real antiquities.

Yea, after looking at it and trying to match them up, I figured something was wrong. Good thing I didn't buy it then. Thank you for your help. New to the egyptian collections. _________________ Feed the brain with knowledge…not Tv. |

It may not be an intelligible spell or phrase, but are the hieroglyphs real? In particular the one in the bottom left corner looks like a bird, but I cannot distinguish its head. It looks like it is repeated. On the far right side. |
