I'm slightly dubious but I guess it's worth a post! From 'Greek City Times':
Archeologist claims to be close to discovery of Queen Cleopatra’s tomb
A former criminal lawyer turned archeologist claimed that her quest to find Queen Cleopatra’s tomb is much closer following a number of major breakthroughs.
Kathleen Martinez says her quest could be nearing its end, after having spent the past 15 years searching for the tomb of Cleopatra, the last monarch of the Macedonian Ptolemaic dynasty — founded by Alexander the Great around 300 BC — who took her own life after the Romans captured Egypt in 30 BC.
“If the world was crazy about King Tut, it will be way crazier about Cleopatra’s tomb if found. Besides the scientific value of finding it, can you imagine what it will do to tourism in Egypt?” said Martinez.

Yes that's right, part of the series Lost Treasures of Egypt. She was exploring part of the temple mentioned in the article that was underwater. |

Many archaeologists, including world-renowned specialists, believe Cleopatra's tomb was drowned in the Mediterranean following a catastrophic earthquake that struck the city in the 4th century.
She concluded that Taposiris Magna is the most likely ultimate resting place for the queen after carefully considering numerous options.
She says that Cleopatra saw herself as the personification of the goddess Isis, to whom the temple is devoted. The only other temple devoted to the same deity is located more than 1,000 kilometers to the south in the city of Aswan. _________________ https://bonus-czystosc.pl/ |

Except... I thought the Egyptians didn't bury folks in temples. (Was it the English who came up with burying kings inside of churches?) |
